On the official website, the software is listed as being compatible only with the following versions of Windows: Windows 7, 8, XP, Vista.
As you can see, Windows 10 does not appear in the list of supported operating systems, and compatibility is questionable at this point.
In Windows 10, right click the software's installer and go to Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version from the list and then tick the Run as Administrator option.
You have to do the same for the desktop icon as well and it will start. I've just tested the application and it works based on the instructions above.
I have checked the website and I was able to visit all the areas on the website. If you want to get in touch with the developer, use the Contact US page (last button on the navigation menu).

Has Sonocaddie ceased trading? I can no longer use the app and can't get on to a Sonocaddie website.
